Rosemary Beer bread

3 cups flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons dried rosemary

12 ounces beer

3 tablespoons butter melted


  1. Add all your dry ingredients to a bowl.

  2. slowly pour your beer in and fold mixture until it forms a dough. I recommend doing the by hand.

  3. grease a bread pan.

  4. pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

  5. melt butter and pour it over the top of the bread. You can add extra rosemary or extra sea salt for decoration after this stage if you would like.

  6. bake for 45 minutes.

  7. let rest for at least 30 min before slicing into the bread.
